Our program is led by a provider with extensive experience in behavioral health and community-based services, bringing years of hands-on knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, co-occurring mental health conditions, and complex support needs. We utilize evidence-informed, person-centered practices and maintain strong coordination with care teams, medical providers, and support coordinators to ensure continuity of care. Our team is trained to implement individualized support strategies, safety planning, and skill-building interventions that promote stability, growth, and long-term success.
L&G Support Services, LLC was born out of a deep sense of purpose and love for helping others. Our journey began with two remarkable women, Louise and Georgia—the namesakes of our agency and the heart of our mission. Their legacy lives on through the work we do every single day.
Louise and Georgia weren’t just our grandparents, but they were our pillars of strength and compassion. They taught us what it truly means to care for others, to stand firm in the face of challenges, and to never lose sight of hope, no matter how hard life gets. Their lessons were simple yet life-changing: Be honest, treat everyone with respect, and never, ever give up.
These values shaped who we are and are the foundation of L&G Support Services. We believe that no one—child, adolescent, or adult—should feel left behind or forgotten. Too often, people in our community face struggles that seem impossible to overcome—whether it’s mental health challenges, substance use, housing instability, or simply feeling alone.
